The year 1989, a group of doctors was established “Thaksin Chanthaburi Hospital” which is acknowledged as a leading healthcare provider in the region; Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Koh Chang, Srakaew and Cambodian border, since then. After joining Bangkok Hospital Group in 1994, the Quality management system such as ISO 9002 (recently known as ISO 9001:2000) and Hospital Accreditation (HA) was implemented, accredited and certified. New buildings were founded and renovation was carried on prepared for services extension while the hospital was renamed “Bangkok Hospital Chanthaburi” in 2004.
